Welcome to PhotoConnect. These Terms govern your use of our platform that connects clients with photographers. By using PhotoConnect you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PhotoConnect is a marketplace. We help clients discover and book photographers; the actual photography service is provided by independent photographers, not by PhotoConnect. We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a photographer.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or harm other users.
3. Bookings & payments
Clients request bookings; photographers accept or decline. Prices are set by photographers. PhotoConnect charges photographers a membership fee and a commission of 5% per booking. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at booking and may depend on the photographer's policy.
4. Conduct
Don't post illegal, misleading, or infringing content, don't harass other users, and don't try to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees. We may remove content and accounts that violate this.
5. Content & ownership
Photographers retain rights to their work. By uploading content you grant PhotoConnect a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Liability
PhotoConnect is provided "as is". We are not liable for the quality of photography services, disputes between users, or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes & contact
